FindMyVendor is a marketplace operated by Wealthtech Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to customers, vendors, and other users of the app and related services.
1. What We Collect
- Account details such as your full name, email address, phone number, password credentials, profile image, and account role.
- Vendor profile details such as business name, service categories, service areas, pricing, and any business or verification documents you choose to submit.
- Marketplace activity such as chats, service requests, reviews, reports, saved vendors, and support messages.
- Location information when you grant location permission so we can show nearby vendors and improve local results.
- Uploaded media and device-permission data when you choose features that use your camera, photo library, notifications, or similar device capabilities.
- Technical and operational data such as device type, app version, and log data used to secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
2. How We Collect and Use It
- We collect information directly from you when you register, complete a profile, apply as a vendor, send messages, create requests, or contact support.
- We collect some information automatically from the app and device to keep the service working, secure accounts, diagnose errors, and maintain performance.
- We use information to manage accounts, connect customers and vendors, verify vendors, deliver chat and request features, send transactional emails or push notifications, respond to support requests, and enforce platform rules.
3. Sharing and Service Providers
- We do not sell personal information.
- We share information with other marketplace participants only as needed for the service, such as when a customer sends a request or message to a vendor.
- We may share information with service providers that help us host the app, store uploaded media, deliver email and push communications, support location features, and keep the platform operating securely.
- We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect users, the platform, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
4. Retention and Account Deletion
- We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, support users, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
- When you request full account deletion in the app, access is disabled immediately, some identifiers may be anonymized or tombstoned, and some history may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, moderation, support, or dispute purposes.
- After full account deletion, any later signup after the cooldown creates a new account instead of restoring the deleted one.
- When you delete only a vendor account, the vendor profile is disabled, some related marketplace activity may become read-only, and a cooldown may apply before that user can reapply as a vendor.
5. Your Choices
- Access, update, or correct profile information from within the app where available.
- Request account or vendor deletion inside the app, or contact support if you need help.
- Control location, camera, photo, and notification permissions from your device settings.
- Contact us to exercise privacy rights available under applicable law, including access, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion requests.
6. Security, Children, and Changes
FindMyVendor is not intended for children under 18. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will revise the date shown above when material changes are made.
